1. Consultations

Refunds are not available once a consultation session has been conducted.

You may cancel your session at least 24 hours in advance for a reschedule or partial refund (subject to approval).
2. Digital Products
All purchases of digital items such as eBooks, diet plans, or workout programs are non-refundable due to the nature of the products.
3. Subscriptions (if applicable)
Subscription-based services can be canceled at any time. However, no refund will be issued for the current billing cycle.
4. Processing Time
If your refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 7 to 10 business days via the original payment method.
